Sascha Bosetzky is not only Prorector for Studies and Teaching but also Professor of Business Administration with a focus on HR and Organisation at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences.
Sascha studied Sociology, Indology and Comparative Religion in Bonn and at the Free University of Berlin. As an HR consultant, trainer and coach, he has counted many well-known German and multinational companies among his clients since 2006 and is active worldwide. His consulting topics include talent management and potential analysis, leadership development, intercultural management and communication. In 2015, he began a part-time doctorate at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) on the connection between leadership behaviour and emotional intelligence, which he completed in 2018. In addition to his consulting work, he has taught sporadically at universities since 2016, then took on more and more teaching assignments in the course of his doctorate until he moved to the University of Europe for Applied Sciences entirely in 2018.
His research interests lie in the areas of human resource development and leadership.
