Professor zu Ermgassen is Vice Dean for Art & Design in Hamburg and he has been with UE
since 2017. He possesses expertise in Informative Illustration, Scientific Visualization, and
Infographics. A special focus is on the design of exhibitions and the reconstruction of historical
content. Professor zu Ermgassen has freelance experiences as an illustrator as well as experience in
academia as a Professor for Design Foundations at the Schwäbisch Gmünd University of
Applied Sciences and at the Zurich University of Arts.
